Kahoot! is insanely popular right now. You might already being using Kahoot! and thinking “Bit lazy Joel, tell us something we don’t know”.
But sometimes you just miss the train. Everybody is talking about Kahoot this (no more exclamation points for me) and Kahoot that and you haven’t tried it yet and now you feel a little silly to even ask about it. Don’t worry, I’ve got your back.
It’s an action-packed online quiz that is accessible from every kind of device your students could possibly have. Your classroom definitely won’t stay silent during a rousing game, every student poised and ready to rumble.

I get asked at least once a week “Sir, Can we do a Kahoot?” That says a lot about how much my students enjoy it. After each question Kahoot summarises how many students answered right, which allow me to stop and clarify when needed. The students are happy to do the same quiz again and again, which I find useful during revision time.
